art + photography
In addition to graphic design for advertising and marketing, I am a fine artist working primarily with photography, plus mixed media and glass sculpture.
With a degree in Studio Art from New York University (and a strong foundation in liberal arts, art history and criticism), my work is primarily in the realms of landscapes, seascapes, urban, travel, industrial. I like to find the extraordinary in the ordinary, and to generate curiosity through abstraction, unusual perspectives, and exploration.

Board Member, Oak Park Area Arts Council
As a way of giving back to my community and supporting the local arts scene, I am a board member of the Oak Park Area Arts Council, which serves arts organizations, artists, residents and visitors to the villages of Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park, Illinois.
